Well, I was forgotten at home. Again. It seems a silent little owl doesn't somehow make it onto the last minute packing list. I think I'll try to get out of the house this week. This pencil cup is getting uncomfortable.

I'm in a pencil cup

As of right now I am spending most of my days in a pencil cup on Daddy and Mom's desk. It's not so bad. I live next to the phone and not far from the stapler. The view could be better. But whoo gives a hoot? Really?

I'm considering going on a trip to Nashville, Tennessee with Mom next week. What do you think? Should I go? Or should I stay on my perch in the pencil cup?

You might think I'm far away doing dangerous things...

like hitchhiking through the African bush...

But I'm not. I'm really just in the lobby at Food for the Hungry.
